If our memories (truly) came to life, what would their waltz look like?

What if our memories returned to us not only in spirit, but in person? That is the magic at work here. Between shadows and lights, dreams and reality, life-size puppets depicting old peasant women come to life and regain some of their youth. Past and present, order and disorder, spring flourishes and winter shivers all come together in the fascinating Silenzio, which combines circus, dance, object theatre and music. The Chinese pole becomes curved and the lines between acrobatics and choreography become blurred, in a performance where the mainly female cast conjugate circus back into the present tense.
